Mila is an absolute character! She is as goofy as she is sweet, loves her toys and self entertains well, no need to toss toys for her, she does it herself! Mila is crate trained and will self-load herself in her crate for meals or bedtime. Mila is house/potty trained and knows some basic commands such as sit, down and shake. She is both food and toy motivated. Mila loves other dogs and is friendly with people.
Grooming is a breeze as she has a moderate, not over done coat, which is less likely to catch stickers or get matted. She has done well with the Dremel for nail trims, bathing and blow drying. She is also good for weekly teeth brushing. Mila has an excellent "off switch" and relaxes well in the house and can be left alone for periods of time without much concern. Mila is medium energy and loves to do her zoomies first thing in the morning when let outside!

Mila has been very well cared for and loved; it was an unfortunate situation that has led to Mila needing to find a new family.

From what I have evaluated, I do not see any bad habits or concerns. She could use a little work on the leash, as she does like to pull from time to time and when she is really excited to see you, she will jump. Those are miniscule things to work on compared to all the love she has to give her people. She currently needs to lose a little weight but has been making great progress with meal adjustments and lots of play time outside.

I have not had Mila around young children, so I do not know how she would respond. Due to this, I would prefer Mila to go to a home with no young children.
She has chased our barn kitties here, so probably a home with no cats is ideal as well.
Other friendly dogs should be great!

I would love to see Mila go to a home that will appreciate her as a loyal active companion. Mila has lived the city life previously; I would like to try and find her a change of scenery. Mila will come with several personal items such as her crate, bed, collar, leash, toys, toothbrush and paste and a dremel for her nails.

Mila has visited the veterinarian and is up to date on all vaccines and worming and has a clean health check. She comes from DNA tested and OFA certified parents on hips, elbows and eyes.

Small rehoming fee of $275 to the perfect home, which helps recover costs of getting her vaccines up to date as well as her regular care/grooming/feed while she has been staying with us.
